My first MOC in the Hero Factory Breakout Wave 2 era is a completely different take on the Stringer + Voltix combination. My first MOC in awhile, I did this on a whim after dinner about a week ago.
I know from experience that it is rather difficult to make a MOC based solely on a character name. At this point we have no preliminary images of the sets, so in my opinion, attempting to buid these as-of-yet completely unknown villains would be kinda pointless.
Hey jang i couldnt find a blog post for your alternate combiner of nex and xt4 so this is a comment for them. Is it ok if i make a replica of your alternate combiner of nex and xt4?
So I have a question for everyone. This week I will have the opportunity to purchase one (or possibly two) of the new HF sets. So, I ask you: which set(s) should I get, out of Bulk Stringer Core Hunter and Voltix?
core hunter, one of the coolest sets to come out of hero factory since witch doctor,He has recolored(black) 3.0 lion paws and 2.0 shield and red claws. and you'll hav to pick that second one on your own. Stringer has cool new pieces like the speakers, and the trans blue chest. Bulk is good if you want to do the combiner, and he has a recolor or two, the silver 2.0 shield and 3.0 pieces. Voltixx has the purple, the lightning, and the purple.
Bulk has... well... More BULK. He has cooler parts. So does Core Hunter (Core remover. Sounds cool, though I haven't seen it) but his face is kinda creepy. But if you're looking for color, then Voltix is No. 1.
Alright, in other news, we now have word of the voice actors for the Rampant Oceans TV episode. All of the Heroes have the same voice actors, but considering that all the villains are new characters, I did a little research on each of their voice actors, just to see what we're looking at.
Great, but now we've got to find the voice actors for doom box...come on guys, wouldn't you want to see Core Hunter on your big ( or little...) screen :D
Okay, I forgot to say in the last post. Jason Canning (rumored voice of Crushclaw) has been voicing Nex for all the past episodes. My mistake, I misread some information initially, but found out the correct details upon rereading. XD

I, Biotraxx12, need you, LEGOJANG, to align the stars and planets and galaxys from super mario galaxy again, and make the stormer xl with the bike i requested a long time ago in a home far far away, it doesnt even have to be a moc type video, mayb u could make a short little stop motion or something...(emotionally with sappy movie scene music) plz JANG, I need this...You need this...Heck, THE WORLD needs this! Think of the children Jang!!!!
Hello everyone~ The most recent employee catalog has been leaked. Since the AFOLs who get their hands on these are often biased towards themes like Star Wars and City, the constraction figure sets always get leaked last. It should be another week or two, but we'll get pictures soon enough.
Just watched the Gérd MOC video and he looks amazing - gold and gun metal are colours that always work well together and I like the idea of the gun shooting out in rings like stringer's. The battle droid body pieces are a good way of covering up the back of the legs too. All in all, a really great MOC, definitely up the top of my favourites list with vergis rhey v.4 and the ultra arachnix. :D
Also, my issue of the lego magazine came the other day and there's a page where lego are actually encouraging people to break up their hero factory sets to build their own custom figures. Just thought I'd mention it. :)

So, yeah. Wout is apparently a reliable source, so these are the real sets! Prices can be found at Spielwaren, and once you know the price you know the set size... looks like Furno XL is $20, all the other heroes are small $10 sets, and all the villains (except for Scarox, who is $10) are $13, meaning they will be medium sized, a la Core Hunter and Bulk from the second Breakout wave. Oh by the way, there is some confusion over the name of one of the villains; it has been reported as Pyrov and Pyrox alternatively, so it really could be either one.
Oh, and there's also this, which is just strange as all hell. Make of it what you will.

Honesty time: Guys, I didn't write that comment. Stuff like that could go on in my brain, but I'd never spit it out. Not anymore. But according to my recent research, both parts are true. The mustachio was fake and GORUZ is number 1 on the images. And a weird thing is, I once wrote a comic called "Bacon WHAT!?!" (or was it spelled "?!?"). I have a suspect of who El Moustachio really is, but some research must be done on the case.

Wow... just wow... the first one even has Jang's watermark clearly printed right across the screen. I think he meant 2012, not 2013, but that first is just bizarre. I could go on with a list of reasons why even the daftest folk would realize it's not from lego, let alone an official set.

Yes. I've been trying to find these all day after they were taken down on BZP. Personally I don't think that most of the sets themselves are that great (villains specifically, the heroes are mostly cool) but holy crap, these are amazing parts packs for MOCing.
At first I was thinking, "brain attack? What a dumb idea!", but after i saw the pics, i actually think lego has had a good idea with a good concept to go with it! Good job LEGO
except maybe if they made furno xl with a smaller head and bulk him up a bit more :)
In reply to your previous comment, you can usually find leaked images/info readily available on the Lego Action Figures Eurobricks Forum, as they don't have as strict policies on leaked info as BZP does.
